Cancellation Policy

ProClean Mobile Car Wash Terms of Service By booking with ProClean, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Service Agreement ProClean provides mobile car wash services at the location specified during booking. The vehicle must be parked in a safe, legal location. Pricing and time estimates are subject to change based on the vehicle’s condition. 2. Payment Payment can be made online at booking or in person by cash or card on the day of service. Full payment is required prior to completion of service. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, stains, or other conditions not disclosed during booking. 3. Cancellations Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price. 4. Liability ProClean is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left in the vehicle. Customers are advised to remove valuables. ProClean carries General Liability and Garage Keepers Insurance to cover rare incidents. 5. Customer Responsibilities Customers do not need to provide water or electricity. ProClean brings all necessary equipment. Notify us of any special requirements or pre-existing issues before the service. 6. Weather Policy ProClean reserves the right to reschedule in the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. 7. Photos ProClean may take photos before and after service for quality assurance and marketing. No personal information will be disclosed. Notify us if you do not consent. 8. Disputes Disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
